Job Responsibilities:

 

·                     Supplier & contractor pre-qualification

·                     Preparation & issue of enquiries

·                     Preparation of commercial analyses

·                     Contract negotiation

·                     Purchase order issue 

·                     Equipment expediting

·                     Preparation of equipment delivery schedule

·                     Management of customs clearance & payments

·                     Support of site construction work

·                     Liaison with clients, project team, suppliers & contractors

 

Requirement:

 

·                     Chinese citizen

·                     Bachelor degree in an engineering, science or related subject

·                     Process engineering background preferred

·                     At least 3 years of engineering procurement work experience

·                     Familiar with project procurement procedures, international terms & conditions (e.g. FIDIC), logistics and customs clearance

·                     Computer skills: Microsoft packages

·                     Language skills: Chinese & good English (both written & verbal) 联系方式：
