职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities职责:
- 寻求有竞争力的供应商，并证明其合格/Source and qualify competitive supplier
- 获得有竞争力的报价，指导供应商理解技术标准/Obtain competitive quotation, instruct suppliers to understand technical specification.
- 与供应商协商确定交货限期、质量以及服务/Negotiate and make sure the delivery term, quality and service with supplier.
- 零件本地化和成本降低项目/Parts localization and cost reduction projects
- 进行技术评估和部件合格判定/Conduct technical evaluation and qualification of components
- 参与对NPE工程部门予以支持进而优化最终产品/Support NPE engineering department to optimize final product solutions
- 对所负责的采购合同全程管理/Wholly responsible for the management of procurement contracts
Requirement要求:
- 学士学位，很强的技术背景；/Strong technical background with bachelor degree
- 熟悉国际原料和油田工业标准；/Familiar with international material and oilfield industry standards.
- 能够看懂并解释技术图纸及技术标准；/Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, technical specifications.
- 2年以上重工业工作经验；/At least two year working experience in Heavy Industry.
- 具备很好的价格谈判技巧和成本节省意识；/Good price negotiation &skills Good sense in cost saving
- 熟悉进口/出口政策和物流；/Familiar with Import/Exports policies and logistics.
