• Responsible for optimizing purchasing of goods and services within defined spend categories to meet the needs of internal customers in compliance with the purchasing/sourcing process and company procedure
  
• Responsible for the adequate analysis and feedback on outright suppliers' capacity and coordinates with Head Office Purchasing and International Trade Department
  
• Responsible for the buying of proper merchandise at the right price, quantity, and terms
  
• Do actual negotiations with local buyers/customers

Qualification Guidelines:

• Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Business related courses from a reputable university
  
• At least 4 years Import experience, at least 3 years International Trade/Export experience
  
• Sales experience and intuitiveness required - good in identifying possible market leads
  
• Logistics background preferred
  
• With excellent communication skills, oral and written English included
  
• With background in purchasing and dealing with suppliers
  
• Knowledge of purchasing techniques, negotiation skills, contract management and analytical skills
  
• Computer proficient
  
• Fast learner and teamwork spirit
