Assist DM to understand BMR reports and its implications and relations to business activities
Together with RM, coach DM on dealer steering
Assist Business Management Unit (BJ) to execute risk management measures at dealers to ensure dealers financial healthiness.
Working with Business Management Unit (BJ) to assist dealers to improve quality of business data submitted by establishing clear operational definitions for each of the data required
Together with RM and DM, challenge the viability and soundness of business plan submitted by dealers in the context of Target Agreement signed. (both pre-POCC and annually) Qualifications & Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, meticulous, analytical mind and can think “out of the box”. Well-versed with MS office software (knowledge on Minitab or equivalent statistics software desirable)
Accounting and financial analysis skills, familiar with statistical analysis tools
University graduated, professional accounting background, 3 or more years of working expereince with internatinoal consulting firm and/or automobile industry highly preferred.
Self-motivated and well articulated.
