职位描述/要求:
Position Purpose / Context
Lead the development for customer management support capability for KA to assist CCCIL KA team and our customers to accelerates Sustainable and profitable revenue growth
Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责
- Lead the development for customer management support capability in Category Analytics and Planning, Trade/Retailer Knowledge, Competitors Knowledge, Shopper Insight, Selling / Order Management, Distribution and Cross-Functional Account Management
- Assist OU KA Team on Category Management Process with select RKC/LKC customers in CCCIL territories
- Supervise the development of shopper research of the OU KA team
- Provide knowledge/insight generation from research, data analysis, market trends, macro environment to RKC/LKC key account
- Overseeing KA data management and analysis to identify opportunities for recommendation 6. Develop and link KA customer back room operation support process to CCCIL process

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications
- University graduate
- Effective written and oral communication (English and Mandarin mandatory).

- Minimum 4 years of retailer operations or consulting experience to accounts
- High level of computer proficiency preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills7. Creative and analytical
