Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责

• Assist General Manager - Business Projects …
• Drive understanding, knowledge and magnitude of the project scope, direction and requirements
• Manage the overall objectives, strategies and timetable of assigned projects
• Oversee the integrated planning and detailed design work needed to deploy the project
• Manage the day to day activities and follow-ups of the project team and assigned projects
• Coordinate and manage project team sub-meetings and discussions whenever appropriate
• Put together detailed and professional project plan and reports on an on-going basis, and provide management with timing progress updates
• Help create healthy teamwork, collaborative environment and drive proactive performance among all team members
• Actively participate and contribute to the successful achievement and completion of project objectives
• Assist OUs to develop, implement and manage pilot test; formulate improve rollout plan leading to the eventual expansion and rollout of assigned projects

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications职位相关要求/资格

• Bachelors degree
• English - good in "spoken" and very good in "written"
• Mandarin Chinese - good in "spoken" and very good in "written"
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in sales, marketing or planning functions
• Minimum 4 years in managerial positions with multi-national companies
• Excellent in computer skills (words, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Experience in … Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, Beverage industry and within Coke system … a plus
• Self-motivated, passionate, proactive, high integrity, professional, team oriented and builder, strong management and leadership ability,
• Strong analytical ability, strong ability to work under pressure and tight lead time, strong report writing ability
