职位描述/要求：
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Handle purchasing activity, including:
a: Vendor assessment.
b: Price negotiation.
c: Purchasing Order Release and follow up the confirmation and delivery.
d: External supply base management.
2. Work with freight forwarder and supplier around the world to tracking the cargos status.
3. Coordinate logistics and sales, supplier to solve any delivery problems to ensure the delivery on time.
4. Do payment of application to finance monthly.
5. Strictly control Material Inventory
Education:
1. College degree or above, prefer major in foreign trade.
Required Experience:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing, import/export handling experience in international company.
Required Abilities:
1. Strong computer skills of MS office, such as Excel/Word/Access, prefer to SAP system.
2. Good command English including oral and written.
