Qualifications:
1. Ability to work within a team in a growing company
2. Familiar with Shanghai property market
3.Ability to leverage existing and nurture relationships with developers, landlords, and agencies 4. Proven deal maker
5. Previous QSR or retail management experience a major plus。  
Responsibilities:
1. Locate and perform professional market analysis of Shanghai retail properties
2. Prepare proposal and present sites to management team
3. Negotiate with landlords
4. Facilitate the securing of the sites and the signing of the deal

Reporting to:  Managing Director- Shanghai
