II. Experience, Qualifications and Education
The candidate must have demonstrated experience of pre-sales, negotiating and trouble-shooting skills. In addition, the candidate will possess good communication and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, openness to the ideas of others and the willingness to embrace new corporate initiatives are required.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of electrical engineer or sales engineer experience in the relevant industry. A strong technology background is desirable.
The qualified candidate should ideally have a bachelor’s degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
This position requires the ability to communicate well in English and Mandarine.
III. Basic Function and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing an ongoing program of sales activities that will produce a volume of orders that is equal or in excess of the company’s sales forecast. Specific responsibilities will include:
l Prospecting potential and new customers
l Follow up with existing customers
l Handle and push distributors
l Organise and animate shows and advertise campaign in whole China
l Visit and providing various support to customers
l Read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical document or company website.
IV. Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package will consist of an attractive and competitive base salary, which will be determined, in part, by the successful candidate’s level of professional experience. In addition, the successful candidate will participate in an incentive bonus program which is based on the achievement of specific individual and company goals.
