• 工作上对工程部门的经理负责，负责工程部所有文件的控制和管理工作.
  Report to the engineering manager directly, responsible for all the document control and management tasks in the engineering department.
• 负责建立工程文件，管理文件档案；
  Responsible for establishing engineering documents and managing documentation;
• 根据工程部经理的安排，负责协助项目/产品工程师对项目/产品往来工程文件处理情况进行跟踪、归档；
  Responsible for assisting project/product engineer to trace and document the disposal status of project engineering correspondence, after required by engineering manager.
• 负责项目/产品运行过程中所有文件的复印、传递及归档管理工作；
  Responsible for copying, transferring and documenting all the documents during the engineering processes of project/product;
• 负责各版本工程文件的发放并逐份登记，协助工程部经理对各项目的设计策划和项目进度表跟踪；
  Responsible for the release and registration of engineering documents, assisting engineering manager to trace the status of Project/product Process Schedule and design plan;
• 根据工程部经理的安排，协助项目工程师，整理设计包工程文件的归档管理工作（项目硬拷贝文件和电子文件的存档和移交）；
  After required by engineering manager，responsible for the documentation of design packages related engineering documents (documentation and transfer of engineering document published in hardcopy and electronic format) after the design project is finished;
• 负责技术协议、标书的存档管理工作；
  Responsible for documentation management of technical agreement and tender;
• 定期整理、维护公共盘的;
  To tidy and maintain Public disk so that it runs normally;
• 其他工程部经理安排的其他文档类工作
  Other documentation related tasks assigned by engineering

Requirements要求:

• 良好的中英文沟通能力；
  Good English & Chinese communication
• 主动性和团队合作精神；
  Initiative & team work spirit
• 很好的计算机操作包括办公自动化软件包和公司指定的数据库；
  Good in computer operation including MS office software package and/or company specified database.
• 具有工程背景者优先；
  Engineering background is preferred.
