职位描述/要求：
Location: Qing Pu Industrial Zone
工作地点：青浦工业园区
Responsibilities:
1. Lead administration team which includes safety guard, cleaner, receptionist on daily work
领导行政团队，包括门卫、清洁、前台接待等完成日常工作；
2. Be responsible for all administration staffs performance management;
负责行政部门所有人员的目标设定及业绩评估；
3. Be responsible for Stationery purchasing for whole site负责全厂办公用品的采购；
4. Cooperate with the related agent on building & equipment maintenance and cleaning
与相关的代理协调大楼及内部设施的维修与清洁；
5. Be responsible for site gardening and cleaning
负责厂区环境维护的协调，包括绿化及保洁等；
6. Be responsible for vehicles management and the related policy design
负责公司车辆的管理，及制定公司用车政策并执行；
7. Be responsible for implementation of EHS policy and system
负责协助公司环境、健康和安全政策、体系的执行；
Qualification:
1. College degree or above;
专科或以上学历
2. Have at least 5 years working experience in multi-company in administration function especial as admin supervisor;
至少5年作为行政工作经历，主管的外企工作经历
3. Can be a good team leader and have strong team spirit;
能作为一个好的团队领导者，并具有较强的团队精神；
4. Good cooperation & communication skills;
良好的合作和沟通技巧；
5. Good command English skill both in written and spoken;
良好的英语技能
6. Initiative , Positive and responsible
工作积极主动，并富有责任心
