Location: Shanghai Key/Primary Responsibilities:

• Meeting, event and workshop co-ordination and arrangement.
  
• Participating management meeting, taking & posting meeting minutes.
  
• Trip arrangement and office admin co-ordination
  
• Maintain and develop communication tools and content including Intranet and team place and quarterly News Letters edition
• Administrative supporting for the management and co-ordination of VLC Asia and local team in China
  
• Expense reports processing and handling
  
• Contract filing and logging.
  
• Co-operating with operation team for daily job number assignment and business control assistance
  
• Daily invoice and payment recording and tracking. Monthly income statement checking.

Main Competence:

• Bachelor degree in International Trade / Business or equivalent
• Excellent computer knowledge required, good at excel skills mandatory.
• Good communication and team building ability.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills mandatory.
• Fluent spoken and mandarin skills mandatory.
• Having Liability and good sense in figures
