Responsible for assessing Asia operation center's training needs and organized training resource to fulfill the need. Proactively addresses organizational training and development opportunities, and supports continuous business improvement. Responsible for delivery and modification of training to meet business objectives. Ability to design and manage training and development interventions, as requested and in partnership with local leadership. Performs project management for Asia Operation center training initiatives and activities needed for overall leadership development. Responsible for the development of the training staff. Leads and manages all aspects of the Training function. Responsible for the design of customized curricula as well as strategic and tactical business plans, as well as process and mechanism to evaluate training effectiveness. II. SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Assess training needs and develop effective training programs
2. Develop and enhance metrics, assessments and processes which accurately reflect impact of training, operational efficiencies
3. Ensure complete and accurate documentation of training materials, certification processes and company procedures.
4. Stay abreast of current training trends and training methods;
5. Responsible for developing, measuring and managing the performance of all employees in the training function, providing coaching and timely feedback.
6. Partner with business partners to coordinate training programs and accomplish shared accountabilities and strategic initiatives.
7. Apply knowledge on instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
8. Participate in focus group activities and task forces, which address changing business needs and strategy.
9. Proactively work with each business function to understand the training needs and develop internal resource or sourcing for external resource to support business needs.
10. Design and effectively promote training plans and schedules.
11. Design and lead programs to help the organization in improving leadership and management.

Job Requirements
(Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience required to perform job) 1. Education
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university required, along with four to five years related Training leadership and OD experience. Masters Degree a strong plus.
2. Experience · Minimum of five years training leadership, within an expanding, complex and fast paced service business environment.
· Experience with curriculum design, design and development of learning continuums, the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans.
· Results orientation with record of goal achievement, action plan and implementation success in moving business toward goals.
· 5+ years of training delivery/facilitation experience in a classroom or business, preferably in a Call Center or Customer Service setting.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Adult learning theory: recognize adult learner characteristics and learning styles, and create a motivating learning environment
· Trainer Roles: understand the different roles required of a trainer (administrator, instructor, and facilitator) and based on the situation know when to perform a role
· Feedback: understand the importance of providing feedback and demonstrate the skills of reinforcing performance and offering improvement suggestions
· Professional presence: demonstrate the effective use of various delivery techniques that enhance professional presence
· Challenging behaviors: identify challenging behaviors and select appropriate techniques for working with them
· Industry knowledge: understanding the impact of a vision, strategy, goals, and culture of a company. Call center industry experience preferred.
· Business knowledge: general awareness of how businesses function.
· Presentation skills: ability to organize, prepare, and present information in a format suited to the audience.
· Communications skills: ability to communicate clearly and specifically both verbally and in writing.
· Personal computing: ability to use different types of software proficiently, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and on-line searches.
· Project management skills required: understanding of and ability to apply project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage, plan, implement and evaluate multiple projects.
