Position: HR Manager (C&B)
Job Responsibilities:
l Develop and implement C&B policies and programs which inline with business strategy
l Manage and administer annual salary and incentive program to deliver effective services to business
l Review existing and proposed statutory regulation to ensure the compliance of C&B practices
l Conduct C&B survey and market information collection to maintain equitable compensation and benefits system
l Ensure the competitiveness, fairness and compliance of compensation and benefits policies and practices in order to attract and retain employees
l Carry on other duties and/or relevant projects as assigned
Job Requirements
l BS degree in relevant discipline
l Around 7 years of broad HR experience that includes 3/4 years in compensation and benefits domain
l Solid expert with proven ability to drive initiatives to closure
l Excellent analytical skills and process orientation
l Strong communication and convincing ability
l Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
l Fluent in English
