1、Project Management: In charge of various search assignments independently；Control the   consulting service process quality；Candidate interview and write the report to client；Develop and manage client relationship; ensure the project to be successful
2、Business Development: Responsible for new business development and existing clients maintain；Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment; Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile
3、Industry Research: Responsible for industry research and information collecting Requirement:
1、Minimum 1 years working experience about administrative, HR or consulting field; Good knowledge in marketing, advertising, PR or media preferred
2、Strong commercial awareness;
3、Good communication and interpersonal skill;
4、Very independent and responsible; Willing to take the challenges; can work under the pressure and handle the multi-task at one time;
5、Good team player; Quick learner and hard working person;
