They spend considerable time developing research partnerships with designers and engineers when sourcing and compiling research on projects from early design through to construction. In leading their teams, Research Managers pay great attention to detail and demonstrate outstanding leadership in resolving misunderstanding between researchers and industry. Research Managers are dynamic professionals who share BCI Asia’s vision of creating efficient construction markets.   Suitable candidates for these positions will have worked for at least two years in a market or social research environment, achieved excellent results at university and have demonstrated their dedication, leadership ability and creativity in employment or through community involvement. Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin both written and oral. They will be willing and able to travel overseas if selected to attend international training programs or workshops organized by BCI Asia.   BCI Asia values personal integrity, social and environmental responsibility as well as transparency, quality and efficiency.
