职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities职责:
- 建立/维护/改进项目质量控制计划以及所涉及到的现场检查标准/Establish/maintain/improve the project quality control plan, and the involved inspection criterion
- 引导和推动供应商建立操作规程和产品&现场检查时间表/Conduct and push the vendor to set up the working instruction and detail product & inspection schedule.
- 批准供应商，供应商绩效评估/Perform the approving for vendors and the evaluation vendor's performance
- 辅助质量部经理改善质量体系/Assistant the quality manager to improve the quality system.
- 安排/引导/监督检查员的工作，解决检查员不能解决的检查中发现的任何问题/Arrange/conduct/supervise the of inspectors' job, solve any inspective problems if the inspector could not handle.
- 对指定的重要过程执行双重检查，收集和整理不合格品，并通知相关人员，推动处理过程直至NCR关闭。如有必要要求纠正或预防措施关闭/Perform the double check for the pointed important process, to collect and file the unqualified and inform the relation person, and push to be handling with till the NCR be closed. If necessary need to request the correct or preventive action and push to be closed.
- 完成质量报告、统计数据，确保所有相关数据是最新的，正确的。按照客户要求及时制定和提交数据手册/To complete the quality report, statistics and ensure all the related data is the latest and correct. To prepare and submit the each Data Book on time requested by customer.
- 所有项目的现场检查，确保质量现场检查结果的准确性、及时性。从生产线中取走不合格零件以免不合格品发放给客户/The overall inspection and checking for all project, to insure the result of the quality inspection is accurate and timely. To pick out the unqualified parts from the production lines and prevent the unsatisfied products delivered to our clients
- 辅助部门经理进行质量管理/To provide assistance to the department manager with the quality administration.
Requirement要求:
- 机械工程（石油或矿业相关者优先）或者相关领域专业/Major in Mechanical engineering ( oil or mine related preferred), or related filed.
- 2年以上工作经验/At least 2 years working experience
- 熟悉ISO9000:2000质量管理标准、现场检查过程以及QC工具/Familiarity of ISO9000:2000 Quality Management Standard, inspection process and QC tools.
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队工作精神/Good communication skill and team work spirit
- 能够看懂并解释图纸及相关标准/Ability to read and interpret drawings and related specs
- 有很强的责任感/Strong sense of responsibility
- 很强的英语说、写能力/Good command of English (oral & written)
- 熟练应用MS office办公软件/Proficiency with MS office
