职位描述/要求：
Your Responsibilities: - Lead/manage internal outgoing inspection team
- Build up a mature outgoing inspection process and professional team
- Training and coach the inspection team
- Monitor the effectiveness and carry out proper validation of inspection quality
- Prepare and review regular quality report on outgoing quality control
- Organize and perform regular audits of supplier OQC process
- Report results of the supplier's audits and identify needs of corrective actions and development plan;
- Support supplier development team for NPI process
- Other jobs assigned by line manager
Your Profile: - Bachelors/or Equivalent degree in Engineering, Statistics or related field;
- 3 - 5 years quality experience in manufacture factory or certified laboratory.
- Familiar with ISO9001/QS 9000 quality assurance process;
- Master of quality tools like MSA,SPC ect; 6 sigma or AQP knowledge is preferred
- Good team leadership and management skill. Management experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills;
- Pre-active, and aggressive
- Good English and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel regularly
