职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
· Design of process systems and process utilities
· Procurement of equipment and construction contracts.
· Supervision of installation work.
· Estimation and review of contractor and vendor prices
· Local government liason.
· Reporting to Beca project manager or senior engineer
Requirements:
· University graduate with mechanical or process engineering degree.
· 1 to 3 years of design and/or project experience, preferably for foreign-owned companies.
· Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking English.
· Competent use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel software
· Familiar with design and installation of piping, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
· Able to understand equipment layouts, P&ID and piping drawings.
· Experience in procurement of equipment and tendering of contracts.
· An understanding of the local government approval requirements related to mechanical equipment and installations.
· Developed sense of responsibility & co-operation, able to demonstrate initiative.
· Basic understanding of professional construction management systems.
· Project work may be anywhere within China, candidate must be willing to be relocated on a regular basis.
