Principal Activities
主要工作：
- Be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the HSSE trainings for employees and contractors:
负责组织协调并实施员工和承包商的HSSE培训：
- Develop HSSE training plans to address competency gaps and improve HSSE capabilities for employees and contractors based on relevant state HSSE regulations and operational requirements;基于安全生产法及公司业务需求，制定HSSE培训计划，组织协调并实施员工和承包商的HSSE培训,以提高赛科员工和承包商的HSSE能力：
- Work with others to understand HSSE competencies needed to meet SECCO HSSE goals;和其它团队一起理解和确定符合赛科HSSE目标的能力要求
- Identify gaps and training needs based on competency framework and operational requirements;基于工作要求和能力框架体系辨识培训需求和实际的差距
- Train the trainers (to develop more trainers among shift operators, shift supervisors, and engineers etc.) to ensure more resources are devoted and capable of training;培训培训师（值班长、工程师等主管）以确保更多的培训资源被投入
- Evaluate and assess the training programs to ensure continuous improvement on training effects;对所实施的培训进行正确评估，以确保培训效果得以持续改进
- Set up coordinate and conduct the face to face HSSE training;制定、协调并实施以教室形式进行的HSSE培训；
- Set up and coordinate HSE training module for all SECCO employees via VTA system to ensure the good training effect;制定及协调HSSE培训模块，通过VTA管理系统，教授给所有赛科员工，并确保培训效果
- Track HSSE training record timely and effectively which will be formed into documentation, and let leadership know progress of training in time.;及时有效的跟踪HSSE培训结果并汇成文件，并使相关领导及时掌握培训进展；
- HSSE training cost management;
管理HSSE培训成本；
- Use VTA system to coordinate the courses and establish training record.利用VTA系统进行开课并做好培训记录

SHANGHAI SECCO PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY LIMITED is a 50/30/20 equity Joint Venture by BP, China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.) and Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC). The overall investment is $2.7 billion - one of the biggest JV in China.. The project comprises world scale/fully-integrated cracker facility (including a 900 ktpa naphtha fed ethylene cracker, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile, butadiene, and benzene extraction) located at the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP) at Caojing, Shanghai. The project will be an internationally competitive facility, which will manufacture and market high quality petrochemical products, replacing imports.
