职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
· Leading the interaction with clients and within Beca on project work.
· Planning and managing engineering resources for project work.
· Leading of Beca team on Front End Engineering Design studies.
· Management of Design Institutes.
· Tendering of contracts and procurement of equipment.
· Construction management.
· Preparation of project weekly and monthly reports.
· Co-ordination of cost control and reporting.
Requirements:
· University degree in Process engineering.
· At least 10 years of design and construction management experience in industrial projects, plus 2 year’s experience in project management.
· Experience in the food and beverage industry is desirable, but not essential.
· Proven ability to lead teams on Front End Engineering Design studies.
· Able to generate equipment layouts, P&ID and piping drawings.
· Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
· Clear understanding of the principles of professional project management.
· Able to work independently and use initiative.
· Developed sense of responsibility and risks.
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Project, Excel and Word.
· Project work may be anywhere within China, candidate must be willing to be relocated on a regular basis.
