KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Direct training, supervision, and development of Loss Prevention Officers on Loss Prevention activity that includes serving the stores through audits, LP training and investigations.
2. Recruiting, interviewing and hiring of all Loss Prevention Officers that serve the needs of the stores.
3. Analyze and development of inventory results reporting for all brands & all regions. Determination of High Shrinkage Focus store criterion and administration of Focus programs within each brand.
4. Grow and maintain operational partnerships in all regions. Set goals and work closely with the Operation Director.
5. Maintaining and growing relationships with all Loss Prevention vendors that provide alarms, closed circuit and remote video surveillance, store awareness materials, business abuse hotlines and physical security providers.
6. Setting annual goals for the department and report progress and accomplishments of the mission and objectives of the Loss Prevention Department.
7. Review and quality control of all investigative and auditing functions and documentation completed by Loss Prevention Officers.
SPECIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge and skill
- Ability to create, develop, supervise, provide direction, motivate, and train managers/officers.
- Thorough knowledge of Lenscrafter’s Retail Operation, Inventory Control and POS systems of each brand.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Planning and Investigative techniques
- Excellent knowledge of computer based querying tools and generally accepted accounting principles.
2) Experience
- Business Controlling experience (7-9 years)
- Multi location management experience (7-9 years)
- Internal investigation experience with closure (7-9 years)
- Experience with SAP, POS and inventory control systems (7-9 years)
- Excellent experience in start up business, setting up & directing a function (7-9 years)
