RESPONSIBILITY
1. Lead Financial Analysis function
2. Involved in Oracle implementation in China
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Build up FA function and give enough support to business development.
2. Familiar with company's Finance process and internal control, understand the detailed function of each department and the Financial impact.
3. 4 month's on job training in Accounting and Finance area to make sure the deep understanding to company operation.
4. Support Asia Oracle and FA team to do any ad hoc issue.
REQUIREMENTS
1. University Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting
2. ERP System implementation experience will be a plus, such as SAP, Oracle, etc
3. 5 year experiences in manufacturing companies preferably in an MNC
4. CPA will be a plus
5. Can work under high pressure
6. Can work independently, and good coaching skills
