Principal Activities
主要工作：
-Be responsible for management of account payable and account receivable.
负责公司应收及应付帐款的管理工作。
-Assist in setup and implementation of accounts payable/receivable system/process which can efficiently handle the recording and payment of all invoices.
协助建立并实施高效的应收及应付系统及管理流程，以有效地处理所有发票的纪录和支付。
-Be responsible for reviewing the supporting documents of payment for contract and non-contract.
负责合同及非合同项下应付账款的单据审核工作
-Assist in customer credit inquiry on a regular basis.
协助对公司客户的信用进行定期检查。
-Be responsible for cleaning A/P and A/R in SAP system.
负责SAP系统的往来帐清帐工作。
-Be responsible for periodical analysis of A/P and A/R.
负责应收/应付帐款的定期分析工作
-Assist in management of L/C and other international settlement documents.
协助管理信用证等国际结算单据。
-Other duties as required by line manager..

Experience/Skill Requirement
经验/技能要求
-Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Economics /Accounting / Finance; qualified as Accountant with Position Certificate of Accountant.
教育背景：大学财务、会计、金融相关专业，本科，经济学学士。助理会计师职称，有会计上岗证。
-Relevant Working Experience: Minimum 5 years finance, accounting experience ；with large petrochemical companies management experience prefer.
相关工作经验：有财务、会计3年以上的工作经验;有石化行业管理经验优先
-With good English skill (CET-6 or above) and computer skill; familiar with SAP financial softwares preferred.
有良好的英语基础（大学英语六级以上），电脑运用熟练；熟悉SAP财务软件优先
-Good inter-personal and analysis skills.

SHANGHAI SECCO PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY LIMITED is a 50/30/20 equity Joint Venture by BP, China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.) and Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC). The overall investment is $2.7 billion - one of the biggest JV in China.. The project comprises world scale/fully-integrated cracker facility (including a 900 ktpa naphtha fed ethylene cracker, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile, butadiene, and benzene extraction) located at the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP) at Caojing, Shanghai. The project will be an internationally competitive facility, which will manufacture and market high quality petrochemical products, replacing imports.
