Dotted line report – European HQ office. Job Scope The functionality of this position is to be responsible and taking leadership for the financial management, IT systems and transactional activities plus reporting of the business, inclusive of data processing to reflect the true position of the activities of this business unit. A vital role of this position is demonstrating leadership skills in managing and devising solutions enabling international standards and local regulatory compliance throughout the company.
 
Candidate Qualifications & Experiences · Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with a degree in Finance & Accounting.
· Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with 5 years proven practical experience at Western / EU Multinational companies in China
· Previous experiences in machinery / related industries manufacturing industry is preferred
· In depth knowledge of financial systems, financial management and reporting to HQ standards.
· Knowledgeable in Chinese taxation law, legal compliance and legal reporting formats. 
· Experience in developing & implementing financial, administration & IT control systems.
· Responsibility to build up & implement an international export logistics systems. 
· The personality should be able to demonstrate how to be market driven with solid business acumen.
· Flexible and highly motivated individual, ability to work on own initiative with positive attitude.
· Fluency & excellent communication in written English & Chinese with Italian being advantageous.
· Computer literacy is an requirement.  Personality type Self-starter leader, high energy level with a hard work mentality plus
