A world famous company is seeking for:

 

Senior Finance Manager

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

·         Participate in acquisition and funding projections, budget analysis, performance analysis and sensitivities analysis, and provide financial support for business acquisition.

·         According to the financial management policies and business development needs, provide analytical support (e.g. financial analysis and project feasibility study report),

·         Improve the company's financial management and accounting systems

·         According to company’s strategy and plan, implement an appropriate company's financial objectives and financial work plan

·         Responsible for the day-to-day finance departments management, supervision and inspection of financial operation and expenditure of funds

·         Preparation of the relevant financial statements in accordance with PRC accounting standard,

·         According to financial statements, analysis and forecasting the result and risk for the company's business development.

·         Responsible for the company's tax planning and tax returns

·         Providing superior financial statements and related financial information reporting

·         Assist the implementation of group’s financial policy and financial systems; financial oversight and supervision over accounting and asset management. Checked organization funds regularly.

Requirement

·         BA Degree, financial and related professionals, accountants and CPA titles above

·         Have a good professional ethics and extensive experience in factory

·         8 years experience in large enterprises, at least 3 years at managerial level

·         Good understanding of the tax treatment capacity;

·         Good communication skill, good English, strong team spirit, pressure taker 联系方式：
