A world famous company is seeking for

 

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

• Monthly business review with function head: market share, competitor analysis, marketing launch plan, media investment plan, and distribution plan, counter develop plan, etc.
• Monthly closing & P&L review: P&L by product, P&L by channel, P&L by Region, P&L for promotion, P&L for key launch, P&L for key city, etc.
• Business planning: monthly forecast, quarterly update trend, annual budget, 3 year plan, etc. Prepare presentation material for meeting, and visit.
• Calculate risks and opportunities in terms of P&L by product, channel, distributor, region, store, counter etc.
• Prepare monthly management reports, Budget/Trend book, board meeting presentation 
• Media/Merchandise tracking by market share/SOV/POS process and impact analysis
• Control head count and operation expense under brand strategy with store productivity analysis
• Work with Marketing team on: product launch plan, sales forecast, Price & COGS analysis, media investment, marketing promotion activity, etc.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experiences in finance, planning and reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of financial statements
• Ability to generate quality presentations 
• Intermediate to expert in Excel and Business Models Simulations
• Strong business and operational knowledge
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and produce accurate results
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees
