A world famous Company is seeking for:

 

Finance Director

Location: Shanghai

 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage engagement team and any additional key professional firm involvement in meeting client expectations.

·         Lead the development of strategies and action plans to assess and stabilize the situation, monitor key financial and/or operational aspects and effect the turnaround of underperforming companies.  Ensure innovative solutions are developed.

·         Review all subordinate work products to ensure quality, accuracy and conformity to company standards.

·         Responsible for work product development, which will be reviewed by superiors

·         Identify and develop relationships with potential clients to achieve business development goals.  Conduct sales presentations and follow up on business referrals.

·         Recruit, monitor, develop, coach, appraise job results and assign accountabilities to team members in areas of responsibility.

·         Facilitate effective communication with client.  Is the point person for all strategic communication with client and is accepted by client as responsible contact.

·         In conjunction with Asia Director, manage the negotiating, pricing, billing and collections for assigned client accounts.

·         Demonstrate a sustained commitment towards learning and participate in the development and learning for junior team members.

·         Coordinate with Operational Director/Senior Director where applicable.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Must have strong background working with, and ability to develop, read and analyze financial models and spreadsheets.

·         10 or more years of related financial, operations, legal or business experience required.  Experience in the automotive / consulting industries is highly desirable.

·         Fluent in Mandarin and English.

·         Strong strategic planner with strong analytical ability, good judgment and well organized.

·         Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas and information.
