Be the primary security liaison with PSB and CBRC, and the link on security policy to UA's business and infrastructure groups. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in bullet points

• Be the primary advisor to Country management and Business and Infrastructure groups on CSBC matters.
• Provide Executive and Event Protection support to the AsiaPac EEP team.
• Deliver the regional Business Continuity strategy within China.
• Support the Fraud Prevention and investigation workstream as requested.
• Provide Regional and Country management with Crisis Management support.
• Be the principle Liaison Officer to the CBRC and PSB on behalf of UA for all regulatory matters pertaining to Security for all branches in China.
• Make continual improvement to the overall security of the UA estate.
• Oversee the operational delivery of Security by CRES in China.
• Develop strong relationships with established security vendors at each UA location particularly guarding vendors, technical vendors and consultant partners.
• Develop an intelligence network within law-enforcement and financial institutions.

SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc

• Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English essential.
• 3-5 years commercial Security experience essential (Financial Institution preferred).
• Corporate Security and Business Continuity experience essential.
• Military or Law-enforcement background preferable.
• Educated to Degree level preferable.
• Highly self-motivated, being able to work unsupervised.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/OTHER Some travel in country will be required
