• Processing and settlement of Foreign Exchange transactions
• Perform front-to-back inter-system trade reconciliations
• Perform static data management for front and back office systems
• Investigation and research on fails and discrepancies for Nostro and working accounts
• Match, Monitor and Chase for trade confirmations
• Handling and resolving queries and problems with Trading, Sales, Middle Office, other Operations groups and Clients
• Daily and monthly control and MIS reporting to senior management.
• Monthly report of TPR to senior management

The role will include:

• Use of front and back office systems - iFX, SSR, IDMS, MINT etc
• Liaise with Trading, Sales, Middle-Office and Branch Operations.
• Close co-operation and communication with Middle Office and Operations staff in other branches.
  

SELECTION CRITERIA

• University Degree
• Good general PC skills with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• 2-4 years relevant experience in a similar field
• Ability to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Attention to details is essential
• Confident and a team player.
