1)Sell American Standard products to assigned territory customers; Educate customers at all levels on the unique benefits of our Business Model & products;
2)Establish and grow good relationships with Building related target accounts;
3)Develop and execute sales accounts plans and supporting strategies;
4)Prepare and execute plans for developing executive-level relationships with corporate accounts;
5)Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to key influencers within customer organizations;
6)Lead preparations for major tenders and negotiate contracts;
7)Act as a key contact point between customers and American Standard resources leading to the successful execution of the centralized support/service model;
8)Work closely with sales team on certain accounts;
9)Achieve assigned business target of Revenue and pricing Requirements and/or Advantages
1)University degree/equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline;
2)More than 5 years sales experience and more than 3 years experience for project sales with B&K related industry;
3)Excellent negotiation skills and influencing;
4)Excellent Account management and project management;
5)Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
6)High degree of creativity and self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure;
7)Good product knowledge;
8)Proven cultural sensitivity and adaptability;
9)Track record of sales result.
