职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
· Concept design and supervision of Design Institutes.
· Procurement of construction contracts and building materials.
· Contractor supervision.
· Estimation and cost control.
· Local government liason.
· Reporting to Beca project manager or senior engineer
Requirements:
· University graduate with civil engineering degree.
· 1 to 3 years of design and project experience in factory construction projects.
· Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking English.
· Competent use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel software
· Understand and produce building layout drawings, installation details, etc.
· Experience in tendering of construction contracts and building materials.
· Good understanding of the local government approval requirements.
· Developed sense of responsibility & co-operation, able to demonstrate initiative.
· Basic understanding of professional construction management systems.
· Project work may be anywhere within China, candidate must be willing to be relocated on a regular basis.
