职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
- Assist in all projects development work in respect of technical design and process design; other engineering-related activities as and when required.
- Coordinates activities related to facility management, work safety and security, fire safety and industrial engineering.
- Prepare the annual cost budget for the above activities.
- Monitor work results against objectives and directs measures to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Liaises closely with other department, especially operations, procurement and quality.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in project development.
- Familiar with government agencies and building approval permits and process
- Familiar with construction details.
- Possess analytical aptitude, good knowledge and experience in property/equipment in maintenance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
