负责货物进口至中国的业务
工作职责：
- 海运或空运的货物进口
- 国内送货的文件处理
- 日常业务数据输入
- 文件整理归档
- 货物及服务票据的核查
- 转口安排
- 处理运输保险
工作要求：
- 有纺织类产品清关经验
- 了解海关进出口准则
- 对数字敏感
- 熟练使用办公软件 (Microsoft Office 软件)
- 良好的计划和分配工作的能力
- 良好的沟通能力
- 能适应并理解弹性的和不规律的工作时间
- 能适应快节奏，高压力的工作并及时完成任务
- 流利的中英文

Over all job function:
Responsible for import operation of incoming cargo to China
Job Responsibility:
- Import cargo arriving by sea and air
- Document handling for domestic deliveries
- Data input into H&M’s internal IT-systems
- Control and filing of incoming documents
- Checking of freight and service invoices
- Arrange re-exports
- Handle transport insurance cases
Job requirements
- Experience in customs clearance of textiles
- Knowledge of customs rules
- Figure minded
- Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and the understanding of irregular working hours is required.
- Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
