职位描述/要求：
Customer Development (Sales) Executive Program is aimed to build up the talent for future Sale management. It will provide you a comprehensive training and qualification coaching for the first 6 months, Which is the crucial step on the structured career path. In this program, you will be partnering with a team of highly skilled business professionals, your immediate manger and Human Resources department who will share with you the knowledge and provide you the essential support. The program includes:
- Field Sales Coaching: help you train up basic selling skills and customer management skills
- Channel Rotation: help you practice the selling skills under different environment through working in different channel.
- In-house training: provide you Sales functional training and leadership training.
- On-job coaching: provide you daily on-job coaching from assigned experienced manager.
After 6 months training period, you will be promoted to Customer Manager only if you pass the final evaluation.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with good English and
computer operation skills
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years sales experience
- Strong passion in field sales work
- Strong communication and negotiation Skill

入职后您将接受为期约 6 个月的实地锻炼和培训，包括：
岗位轮换：通过在不同的零售环境（批发、连锁、超市）的工作，熟悉各种环境下的销售实践和客户管理
实地培训：通过实地锻炼， 掌握销售基础工作，学习销售技巧和客户管理
课堂培训：销售技巧系列培训
辅导：专门指派的经验丰富的经理作为导师
培训期满后，您将接受评估，依据您的表现和经验来决定是否提升您为客户经理。
