1.To set up,manage and run trials and experiences to support the development of new food businesses,mostly by reprocessing of food applications;
2.To track,analyse,synthetize results,give interpretation and make reports;
3.To install,calibrate,learn how to use,ensure good maintenance of new machines and equipments;
4.To run trials at customer premises in C HINA;
5.To give technical training to customers and collaborators;
6.To participate in collaborative work with other laboratories in Europe and USA

Requirements:
1.Collage or above majoring in Food Science/Chemistry Technology/Chemical/Process Engineering/Biotechnology;
2.2-3 years of experience in application laboratory or research institute environment;
3.QA/QC team and/or experience as production team leader in Food industry,preferably confectionery;
4.Good spoken and written English skills;
5.Be familiar with MS Office;
