职位描述/要求：
Corresponding to its rapid expansion in China, a Fortune 500 MNC in the sector of power & energy is now looking for a high caliber candidate to join its legal team in Shanghai Office.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review and modify various legal documents;
2. Receive internal inquiry and provide legal advice in daily work for a wide coverage of PRC law related issues, i.e. company, contract, labor, IPR law related issues, etc.;
3. Keep alert to laws update and conduct legal research on assigned issues;
4. Manage claims and collections, supervise and coordinate external law firms for arbitration/litigation affairs;
5. Deliver internal legal and compliance related trainings;
6. Take charge of routine legal documentation for corporate governance and other company secretariat duties;
7. Provide administrative support to China General Counsel as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years general practice experience gained at either a recognized law firm or in legal team with MNC;
2. Chinese law degree from a decent law school and licensed in China preferable;
3. Knowledgeable in internal corporate issues and document retention/filing;
4. Fluent in English both in both oral and written;
5. Good communication, team working and time management skills, able to work independently;
6. Ability to deal with and handle multiple assignments and changing priorities;
7. Overseas studying experience preferred.
