Job Responsiblities: 1)      Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment    2)      Meets assigned market segment’s budgeted sales and profit margin by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required   3)      Meets and exceeds customer expectations by ensuring department provides Good Service & Great Smile service and teamwork    4)      Maintains proper flow of information within the hotel by reviewing sales work file of assigned accounts   5)      Participates in solving problems with other departments as required related to business booked in the hotel including space conflicts threatened cancellations, and compromises between customer needs and hotel facilities   6)      Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative data base for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities   7)      Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance   8)      Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position   9)      Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate   10)  Assists the Director of Sales with supervision of Sales Managers, Sales Executives and when the Director is away from the office assume those responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow by staff of sales activities                 联系方式： Interested applicants should email their resume with a photograph attached to recruitment@presidentialplaza.com
