- Keep availability and stability of SECCO ERP
保持SECCO ERP的稳定和可靠
- ERP Change Management and related business process coordinate,
ERP变更管理和相关业务流程协调
- ERP Support Management and related problem solving and 3 level support coordinate and management
ERP 支持管理和相关问题解决，三层支持架构协调管理
- ERP Super User communication coordinate
ERP超级用户和沟通协调
- ERP internal support team management
ERP内部支持团队管理
- ERP third party support vendor management and contract execution control
ERP 外部支持供应商管理和合同执行控制
- Manage the ERP implementation new projects and development for SECCO, focus on Production , Finance, Commercial and Human Resources business support.

- Forecasting and managing the budget for ERP systems, Manage future ERP additional implementation projects (sub projects)

- Coordinate with business departments, corporate ERP Super Users team and third party service providers

- Working closely with IT Infrastructure

- Conduct internal audit reviews to ensure compliance with SECCO’s processes.

- Controlling the ERP licenses and contract to avoid any jeopardize of the license and usage agreement

- Master or Bachelor degree in MBA, Manufacture Management , MIS, computer or related

- At least 5 years working experience in manufacture or chemical industry.

- 10 to 15 years IT experiences, at least 5 years project management experience in SAP , Oracle ERP implementation. Experience with SAP and Oracle is preferred.

- At least medium level technique engineer certification and Oracle or SAP technique professional certification.

The overall investment is $2.7 billion - one of the biggest JV in China.. The project comprises world scale/fully-integrated cracker facility (including a 900 ktpa naphtha fed ethylene cracker, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile, butadiene, and benzene extraction) located at the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP) at Caojing, Shanghai. The project will be an internationally competitive facility, which will manufacture and market high quality petrochemical products, replacing imports.
