Major Responsibilities:
About Internships/Co-ops Program
One of the key cultural elements at Southco is our consistent and enduring value system that allows us to attract talents. With aggressive growth initiatives in China, Southco aims to build up a potential talent pool and early attract and identify the best talent for Southco's talent pipeline to facilitate growth in China. Through this process, we also would like build long-term relationship with recognized universities in China.
Southco Internships and Co-ops program provide you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on challenging projects, network with professionals and learn from some of the brightest minds in business. Selected candidates will experience the dynamics of working for a fast-growing company with great people. They will have four-six month assignment in Southco China Facilities which is under the leadership and mentoring of our best talents in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain etc.
To admit into this program, you need to possess the following qualities:
-Third year graduate student with relevant major;;
-Strong academic performance;
-Teamwork Qualities;
-Willing to make at least four to six months full time commitment to the assignment;
-Self-confident and motivated;
-Flexible and Strong written and oral communication skills;
-Result-orientated (Demonstrated ability to move with speed and pressure)
-Must speak fluent English
